3.  to operate layouts in the same manner as the prototype,ie , Tourist runs, freight demonstrations, thomas the Tank Engine days, Santa trips, Forties weekends, Public Transport days, Classic car days .though not necessarily each and every one!

4. To exchange information and knowledge of prototype Heritage Railways and their models.
